الملخص
The development of mathematical logic of "Frige" to "Peano" to "Russel" is completing the great dream of "Leibniz" in the feld of formal sciences since he used "Frige" arithmetic to derive the arithmetic logic. May be the attempt of realizing the "Leibniz" dream led to the appearance of logical arithmetic theories sush as; Theory of affairs calculation, Catégories calculations and relation ships calculations.
