Media during the Liberation Revolution (1954-1962) Since its inception, the Algerian revolution has realized that the media is one of the main means of confronting colonialism alongside the power of arms. Based on this importance came the recruitment of various media and propaganda in this process of struggle, both traditional ones, such as newspapers and programs speaking on behalf of the national movement and data, or new such as radio, cinema, theater, and other means
