محاولة تحليل انعكاسات التجارة الإلكترونية على أداء ‏الإدارة المصرفية"( الحالة الجزائرية )‏

الملخص

This study demonstrates the impact of electronic commerce to ‎improve the performance of banking management, and aims to advise ‎us with the tools used by banking institutions to develop its services ‎in the digital economy. ‎ ‎ We have identified, the payment instruments used, and the ‎motives behind the application of electronic commerce, also covered ‎the concept of electronic banking as an inevitable result of e-‎commerce, and at last we examine the situation of Algerian banks e-‎heralded of the digital economy, and look at the changes in banking ‎services. ‎ ‎ We have explained that electronic commerce has a positive impact ‎on bank management performance, as reflected by changing the form ‎of providing the service of banking from the traditional to the default ‎format, as well as to reduce the time of a banking service, which ‎gives greater flexibility to banking to access the large segment of ‎customers and helps to reduce the costs of these services.‎
