الملخص

Abstract This paper poses an overview of the technological incubators, ‎and begin to display some of the basic concepts of incubators ‎Business rankings and various kinds, as well as a number of key ‎aspects associated with it, and then give a quick overview of the ‎global situation and perspective in some cases representing a number ‎of countries, and exposure after that the Arab context and recent ‎developments and the current position and the features of the ‎desired future conditions as the basis for an initial strategic vision on ‎the table .‎ ‏
