الملخص
ملخص: للطفولة مكانة اجتماعية بالغة الأهمية؛ فهي مستقبل الأمة والقاعدة الأساسية لأهم مراحل صور البناء المادي والروحي للإنسان، ومن خلالها تعبر البشرية من جيل إلى آخر، وبفضلها تمسك الإنسانية بخيط التواصل بين الزمان والمكان، وبالنظر للانتهاك حقوق الطفل التي طبعت فترة زمنية معتبرة من تاريخ البشرية مما جعل قضايا الطفولة تطفو على اهتمامات الساحة الدولية وتعرف تصاعداً عالمياً وصلت إلى قمتها بإصدار الاتفاقية الدولية لحقوق الطفل، ونظرا لحساسية هذه المرحلة أحاطت الحضارات الإنسانية والمجتمع الدولي الطفل بحماية خاصة، ومنعت تعرضه للمعاملات القاسية أو للأخطار التي تعيق نموه، وضمان معاملة أفضل خاصة للطفل الذي يعيش في ظل ظروف. Abstract: Children critical social status; they are the future of the nation's basic rule of the most important stages of physical and spiritual reconstruction of human images, and which reflect the human from one generation to another, and thanks to which adherence to humanitarian thread communication between time and space, and in view of the violation of children's rights that marked a period of time, considering the history of mankind, which making children's issues perched on the concerns of the international arena and universally known as a surge reached the summit by issuing the international Convention on the rights of the Child, due to the sensitivity of this phase took human civilizations and the international community of the child to special protection, preventing exposure to the harsh transactions or the dangers that hamper growth, and ensure special favorable treatment to the child who lives under the circumstances.
