الملخص
The small or medium-sized enterprise is considered as a small independent world centered on its owner-manager, the performance of which depends primarily on that of its manager. Since the success of the small or medium-sized enterprise with limited resources stems from the level of excellence of its manager, which can be achieved through the management distinguished quality based for instance on the concept of proximity (community-based) reflecting awareness of environmental variables tendencies.
