الملخص

As a result of the aggravation of the external debt crisis, which has suffered the developing ‎countries in general and Egypt in particular and as a result of their impact on the economies of ‎these countries have developed many solutions to alleviate this crisis, including the conversion ‎of debt to investments, which is a modern way to alleviate the debt burden, Provides an ‎opportunity for developing countries to benefit from foreign investment by acquiring new ‎expertise and skills that work in their entirety to achieve development. Perhaps the most ‎important precedent is Chile 1985, which was implemented with about 30% of foreign debt.‎ ‏ ‏The conversion of external debt takes many forms, such as turning it into environmental ‎protection projects, human development projects, education, health, child protection, etc. ‎Egypt has tried this experience, as do many Arab countries, in an effort to alleviate the ‎external debt burden .‎
