الملخص
With the great scientific and technological development that affects various aspects of life, including public administration, the Algerian government is working on improving public services through the digitization of management and the use of modern technological means, and the intent to gain time and effort, cost and keep up with the growing societal requirements with an attempt to catch up with the developed world This end and that began the first steps which appear through the digitization of civil status records and biometric passport and identity card, in addition to the digitization of the justice sector and some other sectors such as the Ministry of Education, noted that the challenge is still difficult because there are many obstacles Kalmhakl associated networks, the Internet and fiber optic networks, in addition to difficulties associated with human qualifications and physical capabilities
