الملخص
This topic aims to study the scope of producer’s civil liability in the algerian legislation compared with the french one. As this liability created only by article 140 bis from the amended and completed algerian civil code, has been adopted from the french law n°98/389 concerning defective products liability organised and detailed throuth articles: 1386-01 to 1386-18 from the french civil code.
