الملخص

شهد القطاع الصحي في الآونة الأخيرة اهتماما كبيرا وعلى جميع المستويات،حيث أصبح موضوع جودة الخدمة محل اهتمام عالمي متزايد سعيا من المؤسسات الاستشفائية بتقديم خدماتها الصحية بجودة عالية لتحقيق أقصى رضا ممكن للمريض. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع جودة الخدمات الصحية في المؤسسة الاستشفائية المتخصصة عبد الله نواوريــة لولاية عنابة (دائرة البوني) ومدى رضا المرضى، بالاعتماد على أبعاد جودة الخدمات الصحية. وكخلاصة للنتائج ، تم التوصل إلى أن المستشفى يمتلك قوة داخلية متكاملة جزئيا وتتمثل في المهارات الموجودة لدى الأطباء المتخصصين والفريق المساعد، لكن هذا الأخير له نقائص من ناحية بعدي التعاطف والملموسية وخلصت Recently, the health sector received extensive attention and due interest at all levels. It has become both the subject of performance quality, and the focal point of increasing international interest by health institutions that constantly seek to provide high quality health services in order to reach the utmost satisfaction of their patients. The main objective of this study is to identify the reality of the quality of medical services provided by “Abdallah Nouaouria” specialized hospital located in El Bouni, in the state of Annaba. Relyine on the dimensions of the quality of health services, this work also examines the impact of these performances on the patients satisfaction .The results reached revealed that the hospital under study possesses a human potential that is only partly complementary This is reflected in the existing competences of specialized doctors and the assisting team. The latter ,however, lacks some rudimentary human values ,namely sympathy and intimacy towards patients, which ultimately leads to an average satisfaction with regard to the quality of services offered.
