الملخص

ﻫﺩﻓﺕ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﺭﻑ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺃﺒﺭﺯ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﺩﻴﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺘﻭﺍﺠﻪ ﺍﻟﻁﺎﻟﺏ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﻠﻡ ﺘﺨﺼﺹ ﻤﻌﻠﻡ ﺍﻟﺼﻑ ﺒﺠﺎﻤﻌﺔ ﺍﻟﺯﺭﻗﺎﺀ ﻤﺘﻐﻴﺭﻱ ﺍﻟﺠﻨﺱ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻨﻁﻘﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﺩﺭﻴﺒﻴﺔ، ﻭﺍﻟﻭﺼﻭل ﺇﻟﻰ ﺘﺼﻭﺭ ﻤﻘﺘﺭﺡ ﻁﺎﻟﺒﺎﹰ ﻭﻁﺎﻟﺒﺔ، ﻭﻜﺎﻨﺕ ﺃﺩﺍﺓ 154ﻟﻠﺤﺩ ﻤﻥ ﺘﻠﻙ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﺩﻴﺎﺕ، ﻭﻗﺩ ﺘﺄﻟﻔﺕ ﻋﻴﻨﺔ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﻤﻥ . ﻓﻘﺭﺓ 28 ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺙ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺘﺨﺩﻤﺔ ﺍﺴﺘﺒﺎﻨﻪ ﺘﻜﻭﻨﺕ ﺒﺼﻭﺭﺘﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻨﻬﺎﺌﻴﺔ ﻤﻥ ﻭﺃﻅﻬﺭﺕ ﺍﻟﻨﺘﺎﺌﺞ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﺩﻴﺎﺕ ﻜﺎﻨﺕ ﺒﺩﺭﺠﺔ ﺘﻤﺜل ﺤﺴﺏ ﻤﺠﺎﻻﺘﻬﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻨﺤﻭ ﺍﻵﺘﻲ، ﻓﻘﺩ ﺍﺤﺘل ﺒﻌﺩ ﻤﺠﺎل ﺍﻹﻋﺩﺍﺩ ﺍﻟﻤﻬﻨﻲ ﺃﻋﻠﻰ ﻤﺭﺍﺘﺏ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﺩﻱ، ﻭﺍﻹﺸﺭﺍﻑ ﺍﻟﺘﺭﺒﻭﻱ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺭﺘﺒﺔ ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻨﻴﺔ، ﻓﺎﻟﺘﺤﺩﻴﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﻌﻠﻘﺔ ﺒﺎﻹﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﺩﺭﺴﻴﺔ، ﺜﻡ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﺩﻴﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﻌﻠﻘﺔ ﺒﺎﻟﻁﻠﺒﺔ، ﻜﻤﺎ ﺃﻅﻬﺭﺕ ﺍﻟﻨﺘﺎﺌﺞ ﺃﻴﻀﺎﹰ ﻋﺩﻡ ﻭﺠﻭﺩ ﻓﺭﻭﻕ ﺫﺍﺕ ﺩﻻﻟﺔ ﺇﺤﺼﺎﺌﻴﺔ ﻋﺎﺌﺩﺓ ﻟﻠﺠﻨﺱ ﻭﻤﻨﻁﻘﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﺩﺭﻴﺏ. This study aims to find out the major challenges that face student – teachers, class teacher majors, at Zarqa private university during the practicum period. It also tried to find out if there are differences that result from the variables of sex and the area of training, in order to reach the idea of limits or eliminating such challenges. The sample of the study contained 154 students, male and female. The tool of the study was made of a questionnaire containing 28 items. The results showed that the challenges were, according to their field, as follows: The perspective of vocational preparation took the first place, while educational supervision took the second place. After that came the challenges that are related to the school administration, then those related to students themselves. The results also showed that there are no differences related to sex or to the area of training.
