الملخص

ﻫﺩﻓﺕ ﻭﺭﻗﺔ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺙ ﻫﺫﻩ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﺭﻑ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻫﻤﻴﺔ ﺍﻹﺒﺩﺍﻉ ﻜﺄﺩﺍﺓ ﻟﻤﻭﺍﺠﻬﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻐﻴﺭﺍﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻁﻭﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺘﺤﺼل ﻓﻲ ﻅل ﺍﻗﺘﺼﺎﺩ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺭﻓﺔ .ﻜﻤﺎ ﺴﻌﺕ ﺃﻴﻀﺎ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﺴﺘﻜﺸﺎﻑ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﻗﺔ ﺒﻴﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﻐﻴﺭﻴﻥ ﺇﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺭﻓﺔ ﻭﺍﻹﺒﺩﺍﻉ ﻓﻲ ﻤﻨﻅﻤﺎﺕ ﺍﻷﻋﻤﺎل. ﻭﻗﺩ ﺃﻜﺩﺕ ﻫﺫﻩ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻹﺒﺩﺍﻉ ﻫﻭ ﺤﺼﻴﻠﺔ ﺠﻬﺩ ﻭﻋﻤل ﺠﻤﺎﻋﻲ ﻴﺄﺘﻲ ﻨﺘﻴﺠﺔ ﻋﻤل ﻤﺅﺴﺴﻲ ﻤﻨﺘﻅﻡ ﻴﺸﺎﺭﻙ ﻓﻴﻪ ﻜﺎﻓﺔ ﺃﻓﺭﺍﺩ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﻅﻤﺔ ﻭﻭﺤﺩﺍﺘﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﺘﻨﻅﻴﻤﻴﺔ ﻭﻋﻠﻰ ﻤﺨﺘﻠﻑ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺘﻭﻴﺎﺕ. ﻜﻤﺎ ﺃﻜﺩﺕ ﺃﻴﻀﺎ ﻀﺭﻭﺭﺓ ﺃﻥ ﺘﻬﺘﻡ ﻤﻨﻅﻤﺎﺕ ﺍﻷﻋﻤﺎل ﺒﺈﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺭﻓﺔ ﻟﻼﺭﺘﻘﺎﺀ ﺒﻤﺴﺘﻭﻴﺎﺕ ﺍﻹﺒﺩﺍﻉ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﻅﻤﻲ، ﺒﻐﻴﺔ ﺨﻠﻕ ﻤﻨﻅﻤﺎﺕ ﻤﻌﺭﻓﻴﺔ ﻤﺒﺩﻋﺔ . The purpose of this paper is to identify Innovation as a tool for addressing the changes and developments that occur in the knowledge economy. It also aimed to explore the relationship between the two variables of knowledge management and innovation. A study concluded that Innovation is the result of effort and collective action which results from the work of the founders of the organization and organizational units at different levels. The study also confirmed the need to take care of business organizations, and knowledge management to improve Organizational levels of innovation in order to create innovative knowledge organizations.
