العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية والحاجات النفسية والميول المهنية وعلاقتها بقلق المستقبل لدى طلبة الثاني عشر بمحافظة الظاهرة بسلطنة عمان دراسة تحليلية

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على مستوى الحاجات النفسية والعوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية والميول المهنية ومستويات قلق المستقبل الأكثر انتشارا لدى أفراد العينة، كما هدفت إلى الكشف عن وجود فروق لدى أفراد العينة تعزى لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي وترتيب الميلاد والوضع الاقتصادي وعدد أفرد الأسرة وعمل الأب والأم وتعليم الأب والأم بالنسبة لقلق المستقبل، كذلك هدفت إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين الحاجات النفسية والعوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية والميول المهنية ومستويات قلق المستقبل لدى أفراد العينة، وقد تم تطبيق مقياس الحاجات النفسية وقائمة العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية ومقياسي الميول المهنية وقلق المستقبل على عينة مكونة من (68) طالبا وطالبة من طلبة الصف الثاني عشر بمحافظة الظاهرة بسلطنة عمان، وقد أظهرت النتائج : - انتشارا عامل يقظة الضمير يليه عامل الانبساط يليه عامل المقبولية يليه عامل الانفتاح على الخبرة وأخيرا عامل العصابية - انتشار الحاجة للانتماء تليها حاجة الاستقلالية ثم الحاجة للكفاءة بالنسبة للحاجات النفسية. - انتشار الميل الاجتماعي فالعلمي ثم العملي فالتقليدي ثم التجاري فالخلوي وأخيرا الفني. - انتشار قلق المشكلات الحياتية ثم القلق الذهني يليه قلق الصحة وقلق الموت يليه اليأس في المستقبل وأخيراً القلق من الفشل في المستقبل. - وجود فروق في العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية لصالح الطالبات وفي قلق المستقبل لصالح الطلاب. - لا توجد فروق تعزى لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي في الحاجات النفسية والميول المهنية. - لا توجد فروق بالنسبة لمتغير قلق المستقبل تعزى لترتيب الميلاد والوضع الاقتصادي وعدد أفراد الأسرة وعمل الأب والأم وتعليم الأب والأم. - عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطيه بين الحاجات النفسية وقلق المستقبل وبين العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية وقلق المستقبل وبين الميول المهنية وقلق المستقبل وبين الحاجات النفسية العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية وبين الحاجات النفسية والميول المهنية. - ووجود علاقة ارتباطيه موجبة بين العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية والميول المهنية. The study aimed to identify the level of psychological needs, the big five factors personal, career interests and levels of the future worry among members of the sample, also aims to detect the presence of differences among members of the sample due to the variable gender, birth order, the economic situation, the work of the father & mother and teach father & mother, also aims to detect about the relationship between psychological needs, the big five factors of personal, career interests and future worry of members of the sample. tools have been applied to the study: a measure of psychological needs, list of the big five factors personality, the measure of career interests and scale of the future worry on a sample of (68) students from grade students twelfth in Governorate of Al- Dahera in the Sultanate of Oman. The results showed: -the five factors major figure most prevalent factor is vigilant conscience followed factor extroversion then factor admissibility followed by an openness to experience and finally factor neuroticism. -Satisfy the need to belong in the highest echelons of the psychological needs followed by Independence need then the need for efficiency. -most career interests prevalent is the interest of social, scientific, practical, traditional, trade, outdoor and finally the interest of art. - the most future worry prevalent is the problems of life worry, anxiety mental, health and death worry, despair in the future and finally worry of failure in the future. -There are differences in Big five factors of personality favor of the Females and of the future worry for the benefit of Males. -There are no differences due to the variable gender in the psychological needs and career interests, as there are no differences for the variable concerns the future worry due to birth order, the economic situation, the number of Straighten the family, the work of Father & mother and the education of father & mother. -There is no relationship between psychological needs and the future worry, between the big five list of personality and the future worry, between the career interests and the future worry, between the psychological needs and factors of the big five personality, between the psychological needs and career interests. -There is positive relationship between the big factors of the five personality and career interests
