الملخص
The trade relations between the two ports of Algiers and Livorno were in hands of the Jewish business men in the 18th century; thus because they practiced many trade activities and they could speak many Mediterranean languages (Spanish, French, Turkish…), they also did spy services and they linked a set of relations with the most important Mediterranean ports and cities because of their agencies in those areas with their relatives. In the 18th century they established agencies and companies which permitted them to explore business and get profits of their relations with the governors protected by French and English consuls, the most important figures were Isaac Soliman, Abraham Bouchara, Duran Seror , Coen Bacri
