إسهامات الاتجاه الماركسي في دراسة المنظمة قـــــراءة نقـــديــة

الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على إسهامات أحد أهم الاتجاهات النظرية الكبرى في علم الاجتماع في دراسة المنظمة ألا وهو الاتجاه الماركسي،مع محاولة تقديم قراءة نقدية له. وقد تم التوصل إلى أن المنظمة وفقا للاتجاه الماركسي مكونة من طبقتين متعارضتين في المصالح ومتصارعتين هما طبقة العمال وطبقة الرأسماليين، وأن البناء الاجتماعي للمنظمة يتحدد على أساس ملكية وسائل الإنتاج فالطبقة المالكة لوسائل الإنتاج هي السائدة والأخرى أي غير المالكة هي المسودة. وأن المنظمة تشكل بؤرة الصراع الطبقي الذي ينطلق منها ليشمل باقي المجتمع ولا يتوقف حتى ينتهي الانقسام الطبقي ويزول الاستغلال الطبقي وذلك بانتهاء الملكية الخاصة لوسائل الإنتاج وتحولها إلى الدولة أي إلى الملكية العامة. كما تم التوصل إلى عدة انتقادات لهذا الاتجاه لعلّ أبرزها عدم تحقق تنبؤاته من جهة وعدم صلاحيته لتحليل الواقع الاجتماعي في المنظمات المعاصرة. This research aims to shed light on the contributions of one of the major important theoretical trends in sociology in the study of the organization, namely the Marxist trend, with an attempt to provide a critical reading him. It was concluded that the Organization according to the Marxist trend composed of two opposing and conflicting classes: working class and capitalist class. And the social structure of the organization is determined on the basis of ownership of the means of production, so class which owner the means of production is dominant class and the non-owner class is the non-dominante class or under-exploitation class. And that the organization is the starting point of the class struggle, which would be built to include the rest of society, which would be built to include the rest of society does not stop until the end of class division and class exploitation disappears and the end of private ownership of the means of production and transformation to the state or to public property. Also, it has been reached to several criticisms of this trend, the most important are: Lack of the occurrence of the predictions made by this trend, and it’s not fit for the analysis of social reality in contemporary organizations.
