الملخص
يكتسي موضوع اتخاذ القرار الاستثماري أهمية بالغة في النشاط الاقتصادي، فهو القلب النابض لإدارة المصارف والمؤسسات، لأنه يمثل الشَراع الذي يوجه مسارات استخدام الأموال عند ركوب مخاطر الاستثمار، كما أن دراسات الجدوى الاقتصادية هي محطة ارتكاز لهندسة وبناء القرار الاستثماري في المصارف الإسلامية، الذي ينبغي أن يراعى في اتخاذه جملة من الضوابط والمعايير، لأنه من أصعب القرارات في العصر الراهن الذي يشهد تغيرات وتطورات سريعة غير مسبوقة، تجعل من الفرص الاستثمارية المتاحة محفوفة بمخاطر جمَة وعالية ومحاطة باحتمالية الخسارة والإخفاق في تحقيق العوائد المالية المتوقعة وبلوغ الأهداف المرسومة. Abstract: Investment decision in Islamic banks Is of the subject of investment decision of great importance in economic activity, it is the beating heart of the management of banks and institutions, because it is a sail that directs tracks the use of funds when riding investment risk, and the economic feasibility studies are the fulcrum plant engineering and construction investment decision in Islamic banks, which should be take into account taken a number of guidelines and standards, because it is the most difficult decisions in the current era of changes fast and developments is unprecedented, make available investment opportunities are fraught with serious and high and surrounded by the dangers of the probability of loss and failure to achieve the expected financial returns and the attainment of the objectives set.
