التعليمية بين الكفاية والاستعمال

الملخص
اللغة منظومة لسانية اجتماعية، بها يثبت الفرد كينونته، وبها يعبّر عن آرائه ويدافع عنها، بها نشكل أسماء لمسميات ونبنيها في تراكيب وشبكات، لتتعالق فيما بينها مشكّلةً أنساقا ودلالات، وبها نعلم ونتعلم، ولا يتأتى لنا ذلك إلا إذا حظي الفرد منا بكفاية لغوية صحيحة ترقى لأن تكون أسلوب حياة، فبفضلها يتحقق الانسجام اللغوي الصحيح، والأداء التواصلي الجيد استقبالا وممارسة، وحتى يتسنى له ذلك ينبغي أن يحظى باهتمام خاص من قبل المؤسسات الاجتماعية قصد تطوير ملكات لغوية صحيحة تمكّنه من التكيف مع مختلف المواقف الاجتماعية ويتجاوزها، بأقل جهد، ولعل أهم مؤسسة اجتماعية تعمل في هذا الإطار، هي المؤسسات التربوية بمختلف إطاراتها ومناهجها – خاصة الحديثة منها – التي تعمل في هذا الإطار، من أجل إكساب المتعلم كفاية لغوية متميزة، يحسن استغلالها في حياته اليومية، : - فما هو دور الأستاذ في إرساء الكفاية اللغوية؟- ما دور المتعلم في تطوير هذه الكفاية؟-كيف يسهم السياق بمختلف أنواعه في تكوين هذه الكفاية؟ Language is a common socio-linguistic system between individuals of a given language group, Language is the container of knowledge, it is through language that we assign names to things and build it in structures and networks with the other categories. In fact, language for man is his awesome tool with which he reveals his thoughts and expresses his ambitions and with which we teach and we learn and we can’t attain this unless the individual has received a solid linguistic adequacy built in a valid scientific way measure up to be a way of life ,thanks to it the valid linguistic harmony could be realized as well as the good communicative performance .Therefore; and for this purpose the various institutions must be interested and care for the individual purpose of raising adequate language skills which enable the individual to good positioning in different social attitudes and situations he may face and exceed it. Perhaps the most important institution working in this context are the educational institutions;especially the modern ones ;which work in this framework ,in order to give the learner an outstanding linguistic adequacy ,which he exploits it in his daily life . To enable the individual from this : -What is the role of the teacher in the implementation of the linguistic adequacy and proficiency? -What is the role of the learner in the manufacture of this adequacy? -How does the context of various types contribute in the formation of this adequacy?
