الشباب وإشكالية الشرعية في الوطن العربي

الملخص
عرفت منطقة العالم العربي، تحولات وتغيرات عميقة وجذرية، اتجاه مفهوم الشرعية السياسية والنظام السياسي. ولعل فئة الشباب راهنت على مواكبة هذه التغيرات، باعتبارها الفئة التي تشكل نسبة كبيرة من الفئات الاجتماعية، وكذلك لكونها الفئة الأكثر وعيا وتعلما، وهي بحاجة إلى مكان تشغله في الحياة المهنية والسياسية. من خلال هذه المعطيات، شكلت فئة الشباب رهان حقيقي، لتحدي الشرعية السياسية القائمة، سواء تعلق الأمر بالشرعية التاريخية، التي يشكك في حقيقتها ودرجة مصداقيتها، أو ما يتعلق بشرعية المنجزات، التي تظل حبيسة الأرقام المجردة والشعارات الفارغة، ومن هذا تسرب في نفوس وقناعات الشباب اليأس والقنوط من هذا النظام، الذي يفتقد إلى أدنى مستوى للشرعية السياسية، التي تقوم على مسألة القبول والرضا بين الشعب ونظامه السياسي. Abstract: The region of the Arab world has undergone profound and radical changes towards the concept of political legitimacy and the political system. The youth group has tended to keep pace with these changes because it represents a large part of the social categories, since it is the most educated and the most dynamiced , and therefore it needs a place to invest life professional and political. With this data, the youth group was a real challenge to question the existing political legitimacy, whether it be the historical legitimacy including its veracity or credibility or the legitimacy of the achievements that remain locked in abstract statistics and slogans empty. And it is a situation of the disenchantment and despair of the youth of this system which lacks political legitimacy which rests on a primordial principle whose satisfaction between the people and their political system.
