واقع تحقيق المخطوطات في الجزائر بين الحفاظ على الهوية والمعالجة الرقمية

الملخص
إنّ عملية تحقيق النصوص هي علم من جهة وصناعة واصطلاح وممارسة من جهة أخرى كون المقصود بعبارة إحياء التراث في عُرف المحققين والنقاد هي إبراز نصوص المخطوطات مـحقّقة موثّقة قدر الإمكان ، مع الوثوق بعنوان المخطوط والثقة باسم مؤلفه ونسبته إليه وهكذا كانت متابعة ومراعاة هذه الضوابط والمعايير تساعدنا على أن نـخرج نصّا موثّقا أقرب ما يكون إلى الصورة الأصلية على يد صاحبه، ولا ينبغي أبدا توجيه مسار التحقيق إلى معنى أن نلتمس للأسلوب النازل أسلوبا هو أعلى منه أو نـحل كلمة مـحل أخرى بدعوى أنها أَولى بمكانها ، فهذه أساليب لا يرتضيها التحقيق وتُعد انتهاكا خارقا للنص الأصلي وتضييعا للأمانة التي يجب التحلي بها فالتحقيق ليس تحسينا وتصحيحا بقدر ما هو أمانة الأداء التي تقتضيها أمانة التاريخ فهذه اعتبارات تاريخية صارمة لها حرمتها، والحفاظ على المخطوط في الجزائر أصبح ضرورة ملحة سواء تحقيقا أو دراسة أو فهرسة أو رقمنة، وهاته الأخيرة هي محور المقال باعتبارها المشروع الذي يعكس ثنائية التراث والحداثة وكيف يمكن ترسيخ وسائلها للحفاظ على هوية التراث من التلف والضياع في سياق الحفاظ على التراث المادي المخطوط للجزائر، بحيث أن المعالجة الرقمية للمخطوط تمثل الوسيلة التقنية التي تعمل على تحويل الصورة الورقية إلى صورة إلكترونية، أما عن مدى استيعاب تحقيق المخطوطات في الجزائر للمعالجة الرقمية فقد تجسد في جهود أكاديمية وتنظيم مؤتمرات وندوات وملتقيات من طرف مخابر اهتمت بجمع ودراسة وتحقيق المخطوطات . Summary: The process of text making is science on the one hand and industry, reforme, practice on the other, the meaning of the revival of the heritage in the costum of investigators and critics is to highlight the manuscripts texts documented as possible.with trust in the title and made them , of the manuscript ana trust of the name of the author and attribuled to it. And so following wy and daserving these controls and standards helting als to produce a documented a text closer to the original image by the owner the path of investigation should never be directed to the meaning of seaking a style that is better and lingher to it or to replacing another word with the claim that it is in the right place so these methods the investigation is not satisfied with it and it is like a violation of the original text and a breach of trust that must be there , this is not au improvement and e correction as much as it is a faithfulness to the performance required by the secretariat of history preserving the manuscript in Algeria it has become an urgent necessity wethat an investigation or study or indesing or digitization and the last is focus of the article as a project that reflects the dual heritage and modernity and how to consolidate their means to preserve the identity of the heritage of damage and lose in the context preserving the physical heritage. Manuscript of Algeria so that the digital processing of the manuscript represent the technical ways that transform the paper image in to an electronic image. As for the estent with the achievement of manuscripts in Algeria for digital processing has been embodied in academic efforts and the organization of conferance seminars and meetings by laboratories study and investigation of manuscripts.
