الملخص
السياق ومقتضيات الأحوال (مضمّن بشواهد من المحرر الوجيز). الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله وعلى آله وصحبه ومن والاه. أمّا بعد: فهم مراد الله تعالى ورسوله يعدّ أسمى المدارك وأعلى المكاسب، ذلك أنّ حسن فهم الخطاب ينتج عنه حسن الامتثال، فلا تحقيق لمقاصد الامتثال دون تحقيق مقاصد الفهم، ومن أعظم الوسائل لإدراك مقاصد الفهم ما يعرف عند العلماء بسياق الكلام. ومرادي من هذه الورقات بيان مفهوم السياق عند العلماء، فألقي الضوء على بداياته، وبعض من تكلم فيه بعد ذلك غير مطنب فيه، وبعده أذكر إضافة الشاطبي رحمه الله فيما سماه بمعهود العرب، ثم أعرِّج على مفهوم مقام الخطاب مع ذكر ما تيسر من طرق الكشف عن المراد، وأشير أنني مع هذا أحاول التمثيل لهذه الطرق وغيرها بشواهد من كتاب المحرر الوجيز في تفسير الكتاب العزيز، للقاضي الإمام الفقيه أبي محمد ابن عطية الأندلسي رحمه الله. فأسأل الله سبحانه تعالى العون والسداد فهو المستعان وعليه التّكلان. Understanding Allah (SBWT) and His Messenger (PBUH) intentional is the highest perception and the highest gain. This means that a better understanding of the speech leads to a total compliance; we cannot achieve the purposes of the compliance without achieving the purposes of the understanding. According to the knowledge of the scientists, the context of speech is one of the greatest means to recognize the purpose of understanding the intentional. The aim of this paper is to illustrate the scientific point of view of the context’s concept. The rest of the paper is organized as follows: In Section1, we recall a brief history on the concept of context. Then, we mention some of those who have contributed on it. In Section 2, we will be concerned with MAAHOUD AL ARAB of ASHATIBIE. The last Section is devoted to develop the concept of the speech by mentioning the available methods of detecting the intended meaning. It is to note that, this paper will be based on the evidence of the edited Book: The brief interpretation of the Imam Faqih ABI MOHAMED IBN ATTIA ANDALOSSI. I ask God Almighty help and repayment he is the one who uses it and has to trust.
