واقع الكفالة والرعاية النفسية والتربوية والاجتماعية للطفولة المسعفة في الجزائر

الملخص
تعتبر فئة الطفولة المسعفة كما يقر القانون الجزائري تسميتهم من بين أهم الفئات الهشة في المجتمع والتي ظهرت بالرغم من الاحترازت الخلقية والقانونية، حيث وحتى عهد قريب لم تكن هذه الفئة لتشكل موضوعا مؤرِّقا، ولا الناس كانوا يهتمون بحقوقه وواجبات المجتمع تجاهه. لكن مع تعقد الحياة الاجتماعية وتحول أنماط الحياة وتفاقم هذه الظاهرة وتزايدها وتزايد الاهتمام بقضايا حماية الطفولة، بات من الواجب الدول تكفل بحمايتها، وتهيئة الظروف المناسبة لتنشئتهم التنشئة الصحيحة من كافة النواحي في إطار من الحرية والكرامة الإنسانية والجزائر مثل باقي الدول اتخذت على عاتقها حمايته هذه الفئات سواء بسنها مجموعة من القوانين أو إنشائها لمجموعة من المراكز. وعليه جاءت الدراسة الحالية لتكشف عن واقع هذه الفئة في الجزائر . Summery: The class of the palmer infancy considered as one of the most important brash classes in the society as the Algerian law stated. That it appeares although the lawful and connatural precincts. where and even in the near period this class didn't create a watchful subject, and also the people didn't interest with the rights and the duties of the society to this class. but with the complexity of the social life and the modify of the styles of the life, the aggravation and the increasation of this phenonenon, with the increase of the interested wiht the affaires to protect the infancy. Than, the duty of the countnes become to solidarite and prdect them. establish appropriate cirumstances to establish them with a correct way from all the ways in the case of the freedom and the respect human, Algerie like the other countries assumed on her shoulder the protection of this groups whether with state a group of laws or with the establishing of many stations, and from this comes the actual study to unravel on the reality of this class in Algerie.
