Résumé
The transition from a protected to a liberal economy centered on open competition required the implementation of an Algerian industrial program upgrading for an effective adjustment of the companies and their environment. This upgrading would also enable these companies to grow more and better within this new economic and geopolitical chessboard. We propose in this paper to examine the experience of Algeria in terms of upgrading its companies. After presenting the foundations of upgrading, we shall discuss the various upgrading programs applied by Algerian companies, and finally an analysis of the failures of companies upgrading programs will be examined. الانتقال من مرحلة حمایة السوق إلى مرحلة الانفتاح والمنافسة الحرة تطلب وضع برنامج إعادة ھیكلة الصناعة الجزائري من أجل تحسین المؤسسات وكذا بیئتھم. وھذا التأھیل سیمكن أیضا ھذه المؤسسات التطور أكثر في رقعة الشطرنج الاقتصادي و الجیوسیاسي الجدید سنحاول من خلال دراستنا التطرق إلى تجربة الجزائر في مجال تأھیل مؤسساتھا.بعد عرض أسس التأھیل، سوف نقدم مختلف برامج تأھیل المؤسسات في الجزائر وكذا نتائجھا، وأخیرا سوف نقوم بتحلیل برامج تأھیل المؤسسات الجزائریة وأسباب فشلھم
