Résumé
In this paper, we have tried t Abstract : o highlight the necessity to establish a strategy attracting FDI in Algeria. Numerous academic scholars have conducted empirical studies in which they established the positive effect of FDIs on countries economic growth and export performance. FDI is considered as an important vector in promoting and increasing export. Algeria has established very ambitious measures promoting nonhydrocarbon. Algeria has put in place new policies in order to attract FDIs by removing major obstacles to investments and exports. The priority is to focus on the FDI making real contribution to enhancing economic growth and export. In order to do carry our study, we have used a descriptive and analytical methodology. We have tried to study and analyze whether FDIs contribute to improve economic growth and therefore enhance export in general and export of non- hydrocarbon in Algeria in particular. Secondly, to analyze whether the FDI flows evolution and various measure put in place by the Algerian government to attract and to promote FDI. ملخص الغرض من ھذا المقال ھو تسلیط الضوء على ضرورة وضع استراتیجیة جذب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في الجزائر. قد أجرى علماء الأكادیمیة العدید من الدراسات التجریبیة التي أسست الأثر الإیجابي للاستثمارات الأجنبیة المباشرة على النمو الاقتصادي في البلدان النامیة وأداء الصادرات. یعتبر الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر كناقل مھم في تعزیز وزیادة الصادرات. أنشأت الجزائر تدابیر طموحة جدا من أجل تشجیع الصادرات خارج المحروقات . وضعت الجزائر في سیاسات جدیدة مكان من أجل جذب الاستثمارات الأجنبیة المباشرة عن طریق إزالة العقبات الرئیسیة التي تعترض الاستثمارات والصادرات. لتسلیط الضوء على كل ھذه العناصر اعتمدنا على المنھج الوصفي والتحلیلي، الأول سمح دراسة مساھمة الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في تعزیز وتنمیة الصادرات في العام و الصادرات غیر النفطیة في الجزائر على وجھ الخصوص و المنھج الثاني ھدفھ إجراء دراسة تحلیلیة حول جذب الاستثمارات الأجنبیة في الجزائر
