الملخص

ھدفت ھذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور استراتیجیة تدریب الموارد البشریة في الإبداع من وجھة نظر المتدربین في المؤسسات الخدماتیة في محافظة الخلیل، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من موظفي المؤسسات الخدماتیة في المحافظة وقد بلغ عددھم 1921 موظفا وموظفة.ً استخدم الباحثون العینة العشوائیة البسیطة، وكان عدد أفراد العینة ( 96 ) متدرب ومتدربة. أي بنسبة %5 ) من مجتمع الدراسة، وتم استخدام المنھج الوصفي في ھذه الدراسة، وكانت أبرز نتائج ) ھذه الدراسة أن دور استراتیجیة تدریب الموارد البشریة في التوجھ الإبداعي من وجھة نظر المتدربین في المؤسسات الخدماتیة مرتفع ا وًأن استراتیجیة التدریب تمارس بشكل مرتفع، وھناك توجة إبداعي. وقد أوصى الباحثون بضرورة تبني المؤسسات المجتمعیة الأخرى لاستراتیجیات تدریبیة. وضرورة ربط استراتیجیة التدریب بالتوجھ نحو الإبداع. .Abstract This study aimed to identify the role of human resources training strategy in creativity from the perspective of the trainees in the serviceinstitutions in the city of Hebron, the study population consisted of the employees of the service institutions in Hebron which reached 1921 employee. The researcher used the simple random sample, the number of the sample was 96 trainees, which was 5% of the study population the researcher used the descriptive method in this study. The most significant results of this study are that the role of human resources training strategy in the creative approach from the standpoint of the trainees in the service- institutions is very important the effect of the training strategy in the service- institutions in Hebron is significant, and that creativity in the service- institutions is high. so the researchers recommended that the adoption of other community institutions for training strategies as well as the need to link training strategy towards innovation , and the need to build other strategies such as Motivation strategy for strengthening creativity.
