قضايا التصوف بين فتاوى الفقهاء وممارسات المتصوفة: طبيعة العلاقة وحدودها

الملخص

تتناول هذه الورقة البحثية الاحتدام الفكري بين نظامين متباينين في المنهج والممارسة، فقد كانت بعض القضايا المتعلقة بممارسة المتصوفة محل نقاش وجدال فكري لدى العديد من الفقهاء، الذين لم يتوانوا في إبداء آرائهم وبثّ أفكارهم حول الممارسة الصوفية الحقة؛ واستنكارهم للانحرافات التي طالت التيار الصوفي، الذي لم تنكسر شوكته يوماً، بل استطاع فرض حضوره القوي لاسيما في فترة الأزمة في شتى الأقطار الإسلامية. ونحن نسعى في هذه الورقة العلمية إلى إبراز أهم القضايا التي خاض الفقهاء في مشروعيتها وحاولوا تقويم بعض الانحرافات السلوكية والعقدية للمتصوفة بشتى الوسائل أهمها استصدار الفتاوى والاعتكاف على التأليف في هذا الباب. Abstract: This paper deals with the intellectual conflict between two different systems in the curriculum and practice. Somme of the issues related to the practice of Sufism have been the subject of debate and intellectual debate among many jurists, how haven’t hesitated to express their opinions about Sufi practice; which didn’t break his beard, but was able to impose his presence strong, especially in the crisis period various Islamic countries. In this paper, we seek highlight the most important issues that jurists fought in their legitimacy and tried to evaluate some of the behavioral and doctrinal deviations of the Sufism in various ways, the most important of which is the issuance of fatwas and isolation for the authorship in this section.
