الملخص

In the last years the electronic trade released a great progress in the field of financial and banking services. This happened after the Uruguay round agreement which focus on the liberation of financial and banking systems in most countries in the world and the Arab countries . This communication gives the answers to the following questions : • What are the effects of foreign trade on the money and the financial policies ? • What is the effect of banking and financial marketing procedures in marketing policies? • What is the protectionism policies which must Arab countries when becomes financial and banking services of foreign countries disponible with more facilities? • How Arabs countries selects the concurrential system of banking and financial services ? • What shall be the expected banking and financial system when banking and financial services shall be treated by using the swichs of mobile or the mouse of the computer ?
