تفعيل التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في المجتمع الجزائري من خلال أطروحات مالك بن نبي

الملخص
يعيش العالم اليوم تحولات وتغيرات كثيرة ميزتها الأساسية الاستمرارية وعدم الثبات، مؤشراتها ثلاثة: العلم، القوة المالية والمادية، والحضارة من خلال مكتسباتها الماضية وتطلعاتها المستقبلية، فنجد الدول تسعى إلى تجسيد مفهوم التنمية المستدامة بأبعادها المختلفة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والبيئية والتكنولوجية على أرض الواقع المعيش وتبسيط سبل الحياة لسكانها، ويعتبر مفهوم التنمية المستدامة مفهوما حديثا تجددت معالمه في الآونة الأخيرة، غلبت عليه الحياة المادية أكثر من أمر أخر، فالنفعية المادية التي قامت عليها فلسفة الحضارة الغربية والحرية بغير حدود وقيود ساهمت في ظهور مشاكل وأزمات على مستوى جميع الميادين أدت لحدوث نوع من الجدلية والتناقض داخل البناء الاجتماعي لهذه المجتمعات، فالملاحظ والمتتبع لحركة تطور المجتمعات الإسلامية والعربية والجزائر خصوصا سعيها اليوم لتحقيق مشروع تنموي شامل لكل الأنشطة العملية والعلمية والإنسانية، بحيث هناك طرح مستمد نظريته من نظرية التنمية المستدامة للمفكر الجزائري مالك بن نبي كنوع من الإقلاع الحضاري المرتبط بمعادلة تقدم الواجبات على الحقوق بل وتفوقها عليها، ونبرز ذلك في شكل آلية فاعلة قائمة على الاستثمار في الإنسان والوقت والتراب وهذه النظرية تنطلق من الاستثمار في القوى الاجتماعية لإحداث النهضة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية المرجوة من إسقاط الفكر النظري على الواقع اليومي وما يتمناه الإنسان . ا Abstract : The world today is undergoing many transformations and changes whose main characteristic is continuity and instability. Its three indicators are: science, financial and material strength, civilisation through its past achievements and future aspirations, we find States are seeking to realize the concept of sustainable development with its various social, economic, environmental and technological dimensions on the living ground and to simplify the way of life of its inhabitants. The concept of sustainable development is considered a newly understood concept that renewed its features recently, dominated by material life more than something else, the material benefit on which the philosophy that Western civilization was based on and freedom without limits and restrictions contributed to the emergence of problems and crises at the level of all fields led to a kind of controversy and contradiction within the social construction of these communities. The observer and the follower of the development movement of the of Islamic and Arab societies, especially Algeria, in their quest today to achieve a comprehensive development project for all practical activities, scientific and humanitarian, so there is a theory derived from the theory of sustainable development of the Algerian intellectual Malik bin Nabi as a kind of cultural takeoff related to the equation of the progress of duties on rights and even surpassed them, and this is highlighted in the form of an effective mechanism based on investment in human , time and land , this theory starts from investment in social forces to bring about the economic and social renaissance desired to drop theoretical thought on the daily reality and what the human wish.
