الملخص
The role of smart devices in the use of official e-portal services: evaluationstudy of portal Ministry of National Education-Algeria The study demonstrates the role of smart devices in the use of official electronic Portal services. The Portal of the Ministry of National Education of the Republic of Algeria is taken as a model for evaluation, moreover, the appearance of the Internet, opens the door to a new world of high educational information quality. The paper tries to define the educational portal that can be used as a core for information exchange and provides an outlet for spreading educational products of high quality. Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has the ability to contribute and facilitate collective work for students and teachers, it can also increase the learning productivity and efficiency. Nowadays, we notice successful educational teaching practices: students have totally different curriculum using both traditional and distance learning. Thus, we need to offer a unique environment that takes into account the different needs of each individual as well as the different backgrounds and learning equipment’s.
