الملخص
Of paper manuscripts tanks popular ( the angles ) to the digital library of manuscripts at the National Center for Manuscripts ( Adrar ) Manuscripts are considered a vessel of knowledge that are essential to searchers ... Despite this importance gained by but it did not have so far in Algeria adequate attention , making them accessible to scholars , collectively , maintenance and indexing and then digitized for preservation and publishing , but we find many of them are still in individuals and in the corners susceptible to damage and corrosion. Algeria is among the country's rich Arab centers of scientific maintained manuscripts ,zwaya , mosques and schools , palaces , following scientific centers different in the east , west and south of the country still retains the treasures of precious manuscripts for scientists Algerians and non-Algerians and is awaiting a broad campaign to detect them so that they are available to researchers , especially especially in southern Algeria Adrar . If indexing factor of maintaining the heritage assets of the manuscript , the digitization as a modern technological her role very important in the treatment of physical and even Scientific investigation manuscripts , for example , is no secret to anyone that the manuscript Algerian exposure to exhaust time, Colonialism French came to everything and everybody , it burned thousands of manuscripts Algerian , and looting themselves , as there are other factors, natural and chemical was and is still affecting the manuscripts in Algeria, especially manuscripts cabinets southern Algeria , and between this and that, how can digitize as modern technology can contribute to the preservation of manuscripts , especially rare and treatable physically and scientifically ? What are the different processes or phases , which are essential before the digitization process , especially if it is related to Library which do not meet the minimum requirements of preserving manuscripts repositories Adrar "territory Touat " ?
