اثر النقابات العمالیة على انتاجحیة العمل في المؤسسات دراسة تحلیلیة للادبیات الاقتصادیة الحدیثة

الملخص
إن موضوع تحدید أثر الوجود النقابي في المؤسسات على إنتاجیة العمل فیھا جذب اھتمام الباحثین، فوجد جدل حول تحدید طبیعتھ، ومن ھنا جاء اھتمامنا لتحلیل محتوى الأدبیات الاقتصادیة المھتمة ومناقشة نتائجھا. وما أستنتجناه أنھ لا یمكن تحدید الأثر المباشر للنقابات العمالیة على إنتاجیة العمل، وإنما یجب الاستناد على متغیرات وسیطیة معینة تكون المحددة لھذا الأثر، وھذا ما أعتمده الباحثون في دراستھم، فالتباین في أرائھم كان تبعا لاختلاف متغیرات الوسیطیة المعتمدة في كل دراسة، إذن الجدل یعبر عن تنوع الزوایا التي یمكن أن یتناول الموضوع من خلالھا. ومنھ لتحدید طبیعة اثر الوجود النقابي في المؤسسات على إنتاجیة العمل فیھا، یتطلب الأخذ بالتحلیل التكاملي الشامل. The determination of the nature of the impact of trade unions presence in institutions on labor productivity, the subject attracts the attention of researchers, but we found a controversial between their opinions, and here came our attention to discuss the economics literatures. And the conclusion of this work is we can not determine the direct impact of trade unions on labor productivity, but we must use the intermediate variables, which are the responsible of this Impact, the researchers also relied on, so the controversy between them it was a result of the breadth of the subject, so in other to determinate the impact of trade unions on labor productivity we should be taking a comprehensive integrative analysis.
