Le Libre-échange En Action

Résumé
Le but de cet article est de montrer qu’en ce concerne le libre-échange il y a un très grand écart entre ce que recommande la théorie, ce que prêchent les champions du libre-échange (les pays occidentaux, le Japon…) et, ce que dans la pratique, ces champions ont fait par le passé et continuent de faire dans le présent (et très probablement dans le futur). Abstract :The purpose of this article is to show that as far as the free-trade is concerned, there is a huge gap between what the theory recommends, what the champions of the free-trade (Western countries, Japan…) preach, and what in practice, these champions have done in the past, what they do in the present and what they will very likely continue to do in the future.
