الملخص
Policy integration, including France wanted to eliminate the Arab-Islamic identity of the Algerian combines, under the pretext of preparation and some reprieve from the causes of failure and retreat, to join up with the march of civilization as did the Romans in North Africa centuries ago. But what happened that some various Algerian elites excepte a few of them refused this policy. What was the arguments of civilization and that make them give up their identity and independence, the Algerian people are Ancient and have an extended roots in history and can not abandon its independence in exchange for material and moral claims of France.
