زواج الأقارب وعلاقته بالأمراض الوراثية

الملخص
الزواج، ضرورة حتمية شرعها الله سبحانه وتعالى له غاية قصوى تتمثل في إنجاب الذرية، والمحافظة على النوع الإنساني، وقد اهتم الإسلام بحفظ النسل وحمايته من الأمراض من جانب الوقاية منها قبل حدوثها وتقع المسئولية في هذا على الإنسان نفسه، بما يجب عليه من عدم التعرض للأسباب المسببة للمرض كالزواج من الأقارب ؛لما يترتب عليه من ضعف النسل، فزواج الأقارب الشرعي هو علاقة الزواج بين اثنين تربط بينهما روابط الدم، وطبقا لمبادئ علم الجينات، فان احتمال حمل زوجين قريبين جينيا من نوع واحد، تكون مرتفعة، مما يزيد من احتمال اكتساب المواليد جينا وراثيا لمرض نادر، ومع أن زواج الأقارب لا يحتم بالضرورة إنجاب أطفال مصابين لكنه يحقق فرصاً أوسع لظهور الأمراض الوراثية وخصوصاً مع تكراره في الأسرة الواحدة؛ لذلك ينصح الأزواج باستشارة الأطباء، وعمل الفحوصات اللازمة قبل الزواج للتأكد من احتمالية حدوث أمراض وراثية لتفاديها وتقليلها في المجتمع. The marriage is an inevitability necessary the Glorious & Almighty Allah has legislated it, its ultimate purpose presented in childbearing and the preserving the human type, and Islam has interested in its birth- saving and of its protection from diseases before their happening and the responsibility of the mankind himself responsible for that; on what is obliged to not expose with the causes that lead to this illness like the endogamy; which induced the offspring’s weakness. The legislative endogamy is a marriage relation between two partners linked by blood ties, and according to the genealogy principles the alternative that both relative married can get carry similar genes of one type will be increased, this added the probability for the new born babies to be acquire hereditary genes of a rare sickness; even though; the endogamy does not necessary results the production of affected children, yet; it opens wide ranges for the spread of hereditary diseases and especially; their repetition in one family members. That is why the married are advised to check doctors consultation and performing needed tests before marriage to ensure the probability of hereditary diseases happening, and reducing them in the society.
