تقييم أداء البنوك الأردنية في تطبيق مفهوم رأس المال البشري من وجهة نظر العاملين فيها

الملخص

This survey aim at identifying to what extent Jordanian banks’ have interest in dealing with human capital and screening out external environment to attract talents and competencies and identifying competent parties in dealing with human resources . The survey relied on field-survey approach. Data was collected from a sample from Jordanian Banks, amounted to 65 questionnaires, which were analyzed by frequent and descriptive analysis methods in addition to using (One-Way ANOVA ) to examine statistic differences The Survey concluded that bank employees have knowledge about human capital that was clarified from their appreciation for the definition of concepts. It also shows a high degree of interest in human capital by banks especially through screening out competencies in their external environment and attracting processes. The top management in banks is interested in human capital and has responsibility for following up candidates for appointment as well as distribution of human competencies between branches. It depends on setting specifications for choosing human competencies upon identification of human resources procedures. Furthermore, banks works on evaluating human capital and seeking to incentivize the innovative and excellent employees, thereby taking rapid procedures if it happens that there are negative or positive viewpoints from customers concerning human resources. They are interested in enhancing the capacity of their employees and verify their quality and increasing their competencies through training courses and provide them with appropriate resources for their innovation. They are also given the opportunity to participate in taking decisions and submitting innovations. Banks also take care of their employees’ attitudes to be in line with their own. They are keen to make their employees comply with excellent behaviors and morals that ensure better commitment to their works. It is finally clarified that banks encourage collective work and team works and they provide for opportunities to exchange knowledge and skills among employees through involving them in work groups through which they can achieve knowledge communications.
