الملخص

This paper aims to introduce codes of ethics used in tourism industry and their role in the business, establishments and tourist companies around the world. Codes of ethics addresses end-users and sales persons in order to guarantee the quality of tourism. This is done by using the descriptive methodology. The study tackles the commitment of tourism and hotel establishments by the rules of the code of ethics and presents a number of recommendations.
