الملخص
Algeria has worked since the late of the last century to create a good environment for foreign investment in order to attract foreign investments, which can help it in achieving its development. We will try through this paper to stand on the contribution of the investment climate in attracting of foreign investment in Algeria, through discussing about the most important factors that attract foreign investment and the international indicators for the assessment of the investment climate, as well as stand on the competitiveness of the Algerian economy according to international indicators, and its impact on the flow of foreign investments to Algeria.
