The aim of this study was to investigate cognitive styles are supported for the creative process in Algerian higher education institutions from the perspective of students belonging to the Faculty of Economic at the University of Blida and Medea, and had reached the field study to the need to use cognitive styles following: blended learning, management participation, knowledge management, brainstorming , QCs to support creativity; because of its benefits to a private development groups and creativity generate creative ideas with the development of the skills of a creative solution to problems.
