الملخص
The purpose of this paper is to touch the pace towards the creation of creative individuals and institutions, through exposure to how to achieve this creativity in our institutions? How do we make of our human creative capabilities add value to their institutions, and moving them toward leadership and excellence? The paper proceeded to ask many questions about the choices and the environment and practices that are in institutions, and through the answer was reached many of the results and then pay the recommendations, and most of those recommendations: the need to adopt a specific and clear for innovation strategy in the enterprise. And make sure that the ideas and the steps followed by the institution stimulate some creativity. And institutions working to provide appropriate work for the growth of creativity among individuals environment, and adopt management practices that encourage creativity.
