طُبق مفهوم الحداثة عبر العالم بصفة عامة، وبالجزائر بصفة خاصة، ويأخذ مفاهيم مختلفة كالعصرنة، التجديد، التوسع، اللامركزية، التعاون، إعادة الهيكلة، إعادة التنظيم والإصلاحات...ويهتم مفهوم الحداثة بالهيكل التنظيمي للمؤسسة ومكانة الإعلام الآلي، كالأنترنت وتكنولوجية الإعلام والاتصال...سنتطرق أولا إلى استراتجيات وتجارب الحداثة عبر العالم بعد دراسة نظرية وذكر الصفات الأكثر استعمال بالخارج، وثانيا إلى جانب تاريخي لصفة الحداثة الأكثر استعمال بالجزائر على إثر تحقيق ميداني عبر مجموعة من المؤسسات العمومية للخدمات. Various forms of modernization have been attempted in the world in general and Algeria in particular. Indeed modernization takes on different meanings, such as rationalization, refurbishment, redeployment, decentralization, cooperation (SEM), restructuring, reorganization, and other reforms ... the latter usually affect the organizational structure and the place of computer skills (internet, ICT ...) companies. We will deal successively modernization strategies and experiences in the world Figure in which a theoretical overview and the common forms of modernization abroad and the strategies and experiences of modernization in Algeria in which face first on historical forms of organization of EPE and a survey of a group of public companies activating in the service sectors deemed most receptive to modernization.
