الطرق الاقتصادية في تقويم جودة المنتجات الصناعية

الملخص
تتجلى أهمية الدراسة من خلال أهمية استخدام الطرق الاقتصادية في إدارة الإنتاج والعمليات في المنظمات الإنتاجية وما لها من دور حيوي وأساسي في دفع عملية التنمية الاقتصادية، كما أنه في ظل الواقع الاقتصادي الحالي وتطور آلية الاتصالات وانفتاح الأسواق أصبحت المنافسة جزءا من العمل الإنتاجي، وبالتالي إمكانية تصنيع منتج منافس على مستوى عالمي يتطلب تطوير وابتكار أساليب جديدة للإنتاج وطرح مخرجات جديدة منافسة. من هنا جاءت هذه الدراسة لبلورة الخيارات الإستراتيجية الحديثة والصعبة لأسس وأسلوب إدارة عمليات الإنتاج في تقديم وطرح سلع وخدمات تحقق رغبات المستهلك بجودة عالية خلال أقصر زمن محدد وضمن حدود التكلفة المقبولة.تهدف الدراسة إلى مناقشة الجوانب المتعلقة بإدارة الإنتاج والعمليات في المؤسسة الاقتصادية وتفحص آلية العمل فيها خلال زمن الإنتاج، وحجم مجموعاته في كل مرحلة من مراحل الإنتاج حيث أن أنظمة رقابة الجودة تغطي العمليات الإنتاجية بهدف الحد من استعمال الطاقة المتاحة لتحقيق الهداف الثابتة والمحددة في الوقت المناسب. كما تهدف الدراسة إلى اقتراح نماذج جديدة لتقويم العمل الإنتاجي، وإظهار عوامل جديدة في إدارة الإنتاج والعمليات من خلال تجديد تقويم اليد العاملة كأحد عناصر الفعالية الإنتاجية. The importance of the study through the importance of the Production and Operations Management in organizations productivity and their role is vital and essential to push forward the process of economic development, and that in light of the economic reality of the present and the evolution of communication mechanism and open markets competition has become part of the production work, and therefore the possibility of manufacturing product competitor on the level requires the development of a global innovation and new methods of production and put the output of new competition. From here came this study was to develop a modern strategic choices and difficult for foundations and management style of production processes and in the provision of goods and services put check consumer desires high quality within the shortest time limit and within the limits of acceptable cost. The study aims to discuss aspects related to the management of production processes in the organization of economic and examine the mechanism of action during the time of production, and the size of its collections at each stage of production as the systems of quality control covering production processes in order to reduce the use of energy available to achieve scorer fixed and specified in a timely manner. The study also aims to propose new models to evaluate the productive work, and show the new agents in the management of production and operations through calendar renewal of labor as a component of productive efficiency.
