Abstract

The decision to distribute profits stands out as a complex and critical strategic financial choice made by financial management in economic institutions, given its direct implications for both investors and the institution itself. Thus, this research seeks to highlight the key dividend policies while also exploring the various models that have attempted to elucidate the relationship between dividend policy and the value of the institution.
