الملخص
يصبو هدف هذه الورقة البحثية في توضيح مدى أهمية تقنيات ومنصات التعليم عن بعد في الجامعات الجزائرية؛ إضافة إلى إبراز العوامل المسهلة والمساعدة للتواصل بين المؤسسات التعليمية والمستقدين منها، خاصة بعد انتشار جائحة الكوفيد19التي أدت بدَورها إلى غلق كل الأطر الجامعية في جل أنحاء العالم، وعلى إثرها قامت بتغيير هذه المنظومة التعليمية بواسطة استخدام وسائل وتقنيات تكنولوجية وأساليب رقمية حديثة ساهمت في سرعة تبادل المعارف، واكتساب المعلومات و انفجارها، مقارنة بالنتائج المتحصل عليها في العالم الغربي والعربي. ومن النتائج المتوصل إليها : هيمنة التطور التكنولوجي الجديد على البحث العلمي الأكاديمي المستعمل سابقا، و الذي أصبح مغايرا عليه في جميع حيثياته، وبات على المراكز الجامعية إعادة النظر و تغيير خططها والاستعانة ببرمجيات ومنصات تعليمية للتواصل ونقل المعارف والمعلومات لمواكبة التعليم الحضوري و تحقيق الأهداف المراد تطبيقها في التعليم العالي. Abstract: The aim of this paper is to clarify the importance of distance education techniques and platforms in Algerian universities. In addition to highlighting the facilitation factors and helping to communicate between educational institutions and their creditors ,Especially after the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, all university frameworks around the world were shut down, As a result, it changed the educational system through the use of modern means, technological techniques and digital methods that contributed to the rapid exchange of knowledge, Information acquisition and explosion, compared to results obtained in the Western and Arab world. Of the results reached: This new technological development has thus dominated the previously used academic scientific research, and has become heterogeneous in all its life in the light of the advancement of knowledge; University centers have to reconsider and change their plans through the use of software and educational platforms to communicate and transfer knowledge and information, to keep abreast of attendance education and achieve the goals to be applied in higher education.
