الملخص

تتناول هذه الورقات وقفات من منهجية الإمام الأمير الكبير في حاشيته على شرح الزرقاني على مختصر خليل، وقد اتسمت هذه المنهجية بالتدقيق والتصويب والنظر في أغلب الأحيان، كما اتسمت بنقل أغلب الاختلافات الفقهية الواردة في المذهب مع التدقيق والتحقيق فيها، وهذا ما أعطى لهذه المخطوط مكانة علمية فريدة مقارنة بغيرها من الحواشي. ومن خلال هذا البحث سنحاول أن نسلط الضوء على هذه المنهجية مع التمثيل لها بإذن الله تعالى. These pages discuss aspects of the methodology of the great Imam al-Ameer in his annotations on Al-Zurqani commentary on Mukhtasar Khalil. This methodology is characterized by meticulousness, correction, and often extensive examination. It is distinguished by its inclusion of most of the jurisprudential differences within the school, scrutinizing and investigating them thoroughly. This scholarly approach has granted this manuscript a unique academic status compared to other commentaries.
