الملخص
يُعنى هذ البحث بالتعريف بمحمد بن عبد الله بن قادم، وهو كوفي من علماء النحو واللغة، أسهم في التدريس والتأليف والنقاشات العلمية. وتضمن البحث أربعة مباحث: الأول منها في التعريف بحياته ومؤلفاته، والثاني فيما بقي من تراثه جمعا ودراسة، والثالث في مذهبه النحوي، والرابع في أشهر من سُمّي بابن قادم وإشكالية الخلط بينه وبين غيره. وتوصّل البحث إلى نتائج أهمها: أن وصف ابن قادم في المصادر بأنه بارع في النحو والعلل لا يعبّر عنه ما بقي بين أيدينا من تراثه، وأن له معرفة جيدة باللغة ورواية شواهدها، والتأكيد على أن تاريخ وفاته لا يُعلم على وجه التحديد وما ورد من تحديده في كتب التراجم غير دقيق، وأن بعض القدماء وقع في خلط بين ابن قادم وبين غيره من علماء النحو. This research is about defining Mohammed Ibn Qadim. He is one of the grammarians and linguistics. He was from Kufa. He participated in teaching, composition, and scientific discussions. This research consists of four parts. The first one is about knowing his life and work. The second one is about his remaining collected and studied works. The third one is his grammatical ideology. The last one is about the famous people called Ibn Qadim and the problem of confounding his name with others. This research has concluded some results. One of them is that Ibn Qadim's left works don't reflect his identity as one of the genius grammarians. He also has good knowledge of the language and its views. His date of death is also unknown exactly and what was written about this isn't accurate. Also, some grammarians were mistaken to confound between Ibn Qadim and other grammarians.
