------------ Abstract: This study aims to approach a very important subject - entry of non-Muslims into mosques - which will be addressed within the framework of the major schools of Islamic jurisprudence, using the Inductive analytical comparative method as the most appropriate method to this type of study. The paper contains an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion. The first chapter sheds light the definition of Mosque and the other related terms that have similar meaning, The second chapter is devoted to discussing the judgement concerning the entry of non-Muslims into Al Masjid-Al Haram (Great Mosque of Mecca) and other mosques, while the conclusion highlights the main findings and recommendations. The main results of this study are as follows: - The mosque has a higher status in Islam, as it serves as a shining center of civilization and religion, it is considered also as a source of light and guidance for all humanity. - In the sacred law of Islam, the mosque is the place made for congregational prayer all times, and Allah has privileged his prophet Muhammad and his nation by making the whole earth as a mosque. - The preponderant judgement in the entry of non-Muslims into Al Masjid-Al Haram or other mosques, as the Maliki school suggests is the prohibition. The Study recommends the need to revive the civilizational message of the mosque among the Islamic community and to reinvigorate its roles, which have considerably diminished nowadays.
