الملخص
الملخص: يطرح هذا المقال إشكالية النوازل الفقهية في بلاد الصحراء الكبرى وعلاقتها بالهوية الإسلامية في تلك البلاد وكيف استطاع العلماء بفضل اجتهادهم و إجاباتهم على مسائل الناس وقضاياهم الملحة ترسيخ الإسلام فهما وعملاً واعتقاداً بالرغم من صعوبة الحياة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية من جهة ومن جهة أخرى محاولات المسخ التي يحاول الاستعمار فرضها بين الحين والآخر. ومن خلال النماذج التي اخترتها لدراسة هذا الموضوع ومن أبرزهم الشيخ المختار الكنتي الكبير تبين أن العامل الرئيس في بقاء تلك البلاد على الإسلام هو أجيال العلماء المتتابعة الذين حفظوا العلم الشرعي و نقلوه كابراً عن كابر، وجعلوا منه حقيقة ثابتة على مر العصور، وسلوكاً حياً حاضراً في حياة الناس بما أفتوا به وقضوا وعلموا، فكانوا الحصن المنيع ضد كل محاولات التنصير والتشويه فحفظوا نقاء الإسلام فهماً وعملاً وبقاءه ملةً واعتقاداً في صدور الناس ما أذن الله عز وجل بذلك. Abstract: The summary of essay in English: Abstract: This essay shows the problem of Jurisprudential incidents in the Sahara region in a relation to the islamic identity there. It shows how scholars managed to firm up Islam theoretically, practically and with faith, thanks to their diligence and answers to people's questions and urgent issues. They did so despite the roughness of life socially and economically as well as attempts of metamorphosis that was imposed occasionally by colonization. According to the model scholars I've chosen to study this theme, like Sheikh Mokhtar kounti L'kebir, I found out that the successive generations of these scholars was an essential factor for Islam to remain there. they maintained the islamic science and conveyed it from a scholar to another. Besides, they made it as a constant truth though out periods of time and as an alive vivid behaviour in people's life. That was because of what the scholars answered, judged and educated. Thus, they were a bridge against all sorts of Christianization and distortion. Therefore, they managed to maintain the purity of Islam theoretically and practically. They preserved it as a religion and as a faith within people's hearts if God willing.
