المقاولاتية الريفية: المزايا والتحديات Rural Entrepreneurship -avantages And Challenges

الملخص

الملخص: تهدف الدراسة الى استعراض بعض الخصائص الهامة حول المقاولاتية بالخصوص المقاولاتية الريفية حيث اتضح من خلال الدراسة ان القطاع يعرف تنوع في المشاريع الريفية تساهم في التنمية المحلية ورغم ذلك تعرف بعض التحديات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية، منهجية الدراسة المستخدمة منهج استقرائي حيث تم تحليل مفهوم المقاولاتية الريفية من جانب نظري فقط ولم يتم اسقاطها على أي دراسة حالة. ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة المقاولاتية الريفية تعد فكرة ناجحة يمكن ان تتجسد في الواقع على شكل مشاريع ناجحة ومربحة لكل مقاول طموح وقذ تم شرح مختصر لأهم الصعوبات التي يمكن ان يواجهها صاحب المشروع في الريف ومن أهم توصيات الدراسة تشجيع ودعم المشاريع الريفية ومحاولة نشر ثقافة المقاولاتية الريفية عن طريق تنظيم تكوينات وتدريبات إضافة الى تشجيع الأفكار للشباب الطموح لتأسيس مؤسساتهم ومشاريعهم الخاصة. الكلمات المفتاحية: المقاولاتية ، الريف، التحديات ، المشاريع، الخصائص . Abstract: The study aims to explain some important characteristics about entrepreneurship Especially rural entrepreneurship, as it became clear through the study that the sector has a diversity of rural projects that contribute to local development, and despite this, it has some social and economic challenges. The study methodology used is an inductive approach, as the concept of rural entrepreneurship was analyzed from a theoretical perspective only and was not applied to any case study One of the most important results of the study is that rural entrepreneurship is a successful idea that can be embodied in reality in the form of successful and profitable projects for every ambitious entrepreneur. A brief explanation of the most important difficulties that the project owner can face in the countryside has been explained. One of the most important recommendations of the study is to encourage and support rural projects and try to spread the culture of rural entrepreneurship by organizing training and training, in addition to encouraging ideas for ambitious youth to establish their own institutions and projects.
