الملخص
ملخص : الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو التعرف على النمط القيادي الاكثر استعمالا في الادارة العمومية ، من اجل تحديد هذه العلاقة تم اجراء دراسة مقارنة على مستوى مديريتي التربية لولاية سيدي بلعباس و عين تموشنت و ذلك للتعرف على السلوك القيادي الاكثر استعمالا فيهما،حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والاستعانة بمقياس القيادة متعددة العوامل MLQ ، الذي تم منحه الى 11 مشرفا في كل من المديريتين مع استعمال برنامج spss version 24 قسمت نتائج الدراسة الى مجموعتين، الاولى متعلقة بالنمط القيادي الاكثر استعمالا حيث تبين ان النمط التحويلي هو الاكثر تواجدا عند مشرفي كلا المديريتين ، اما بالنسبة للمجموعة الثانية فهي متعلقة بالسلوك القيادي الاكثر شيوعا فتبين ان سلوك التاثير المثالي" الجاذبية" توفر في مديرية التربية لسيدي بلعباس في حين انه سلوك الاعتبارات الفردية كان الاكثر شيوعا في مديرية التربية لعين تموشنت. Abstract: The aim of this study is to identify the leadership style most used in public administration, and in order to determine this relationship, a comparative study was conducted at the level of the education departments of the wilayas of Sidi Bel Abbas and Ain Temouchent in order to identify the leadership behavior most used in them, where the approach was relied upon Descriptive and analytical use of the MLQ Multi-Factor Leadership Scale, which was granted to 11 supervisors in each of the two directorates with the use of spss version 24 The results of the study were divided into two groups, the first is related to the leadership style most used, as it was found that the transformative style is the most common among the supervisors of both directorates. As for the second group, it is related to the most common leadership behavior, so it was found that the ideal “gravitational” behavior is available in the Education Directorate of Sidi Bel Abbas in When it is the behavior of individual considerations, it was most common in the Education Directorate of Ain Temouchent.
