The article also addresses current and future challenges facing international law, aiming to foster a more equitable and just global community. تأتي هذه الدراسة للتطرق إلى تطور القانون الدولي عبر التاريخ، بدءً بالحضارات القديمة مثل ما البابلية، الفرعونية و الصينيه إلى الفترات التاريخية المختلفة مثل العصور الوسطى والحديثة، يسلط المقال الضوء على التحولات الجيوسياسية والتقنية التي شكلت تطوير القانون الدولي، مع التركيز على دور المنظمات الدولية في تعزيز التعاون العالمي وحقوق الإنسان. كما يناقش المقال التحديات الراهنة والمستقبلية التي تواجه القانون الدولي، بهدف تعزيز المجتمع العالمي بما يتسم بالعدل والمساواة.
