واقع إنشاء المقاولات الاجتماعية من قبل الجمعيات لدعم التنمية الحضرية بالجزائر

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على واقع العمل الجمعوي في الجزائر والمتعلق بإنشاء المقاولات الاجتماعية التطوعية للمساهمة في التنمية الحضرية بالمدن ولمعرفة مدى إطلاع الجمعيات على المعلومات الخاصة بخلق هذا النوع من المؤسسات مع الوقوف على قدرة هذه الجمعيات وامكانياتها في انشاء المقاولات الاجتماعية ومعرفة طبيعة العراقيل التي قد تعيق الجمعيات للولوج في عالم المقاولاتية بهدف تشجيع هذا النوع من المبادرات مع إبراز الصعوبات التي قد تصادفها واقتراح لها بعض الحلول وعليه تم إعتماد المنهج الكيفي والكمي انطلاقا من الجانب النظري مع شرح المفاهيم المرتبطة بالدراسة وعن قوانين المقاولات الاجتماعية بالجزائر كما تم اجراء مقابلات مع بعض الفاعلين الجمعويين والاداريين في الميدان والتي اظهرت بعض النتائج التي من بينها عدم دراية غالبية الفاعلين الجمعويين بمفهوم المقاولات الاجتماعية مع نقص في الامكانيات المادية والمعنوية للجمعيات التي لا تؤهلها لتحقيق هذه الغاية. This study aims to identify the reality of associative work in Algeria related to the creation of voluntary social entrepreneurship to contribute to the urban development of cities and to know to what extent associations are aware of information related to creation of this type of companies, while identifying the capacity of these associations and their potential to create social entrepreneurship and knowing the nature of the obstacles that can prevent associations from entering the world of entrepreneurship, and to encourage this type of initiative and show the difficulties that can be encountered and by offering them some solutions, so the qualitative and quantitative approach was adopted and starting from the theoretical side and the explanation of concepts related to the study including the laws of social entrepreneurship in Algeria, In addition to that interviews were conducted with associative actors and administrators on the ground which showed some results, notably the lack of knowledge of the majority of associative actors of the notion of social entrepreneurship with a lack of material and moral capacities which prevents them from achieving their objective.
